One of those dreams was fulfilled after he completed his first audition to join a theater group in the 1970s. He was awarded the role. It built his confidence and led to numerous performances with other theater groups, which led him to various colleges and universities throughout the USA and internationally through USO. His military performances climaxed at the Pentagon.
At the heart of Johnny Don’t Stop lies a mission of growth, mindset shifts, and relentless pursuit of goals crafted by its creator, Johnny Walker. Johnny delivers engaging and empowering talks on a variety of topics, ranging from personal development and leadership to resilience and overcoming obstacles. Selling Cemetery Property proved to be the most challenging product on the planet but also the most rewarding. His over thirty-year career has taught him hundreds of sales techniques about people and products.
Johnny’s lifelong ambitions are in his mantra, “Love of helping people to help themselves.” And, as he puts it, connect the dots. Many of his dreams had been fulfilled after mastering the techniques of selling and the consistency of helping people to solve their problems. This propelled his career from salesperson to trainer, manager, and business owner in three different fields.

To date, he has trained thousands of students in the Sales Industry through classrooms, workshops, and cultural events. As a former Adjunct Professor, he believes that sales trends may change, but the need for a personal and professional touch remains the same.
